Already installed the older zip skills? Remove them first in Claude → Customize → Skills before installing this plugin, or you'll have duplicate skills with the same name.

    Open Claude Cowork

    Launch the Claude Cowork desktop app. (Cowork is included with Claude Pro and Max subscriptions; available on macOS and Windows.)

    Go to Settings → Plugins

    From the Cowork menu, open Settings, then choose the Plugins tab. Click "Add custom marketplace".

    Paste the marketplace URL

    Paste the URL above (jclev-dev/behind-the-practice-plugins) and confirm. The btp plugin will appear in the install dialogue.

    Install + start with /btp:clinic-profile-setup

    Install the plugin, then in any chat run /btp:clinic-profile-setup first. The other three skills personalize from the profile it creates.
